职位描述: 职位描述(咖啡专员):JobDescription(CoffeeSpecialist): 1、熟练掌握产品知识及电话客服技巧,为客户提供最具针对性的解决方案。Skillfulinproductknowledgeandcalletiquette,beabletoprovideoptimumsolutionfortheclient.2、通过电话维护、巩固客户关系,对客户咨询的相关问题进行解答。Consolidatethecustomerrelationshipbytelephonecommunicationandhelptosolvethecustomers’queries.3、接听客户的咨询电话,记录电话内容,确保客户基本信息的准确、完整。Answertheinquiriesfromthecustomersandrecordthephonecallstoensurethecorrectnessandcompletenessofthecustomers’data.4、对来电客户做回访,记录回访内容。Makefollow-upcallsforthecustomerandrecordthephonecalls.5、处理客户关于产品投诉及售后服务方面的问题。Handleandsolvethecustomers’complaintagainsttheproductsandafter-salesservice.6、对相关信息进行输入和存档。Recordandarchivealltherelateddata. 岗位要求:Requirement:1.两年左右相关工作经验Abouttwoyearsrelevantworkexperience2.大专以上学历,男女不限Collegedegreesandabove3.电话沟通能力强,声音甜美Excellentcommunicativeskillsandpleasantvoice4.熟练使用Office软件ProficientinWindowsOffice5.对咖啡有一定了解和兴趣更佳Basicunderstandingandinterestincoffeeisaplus6.有良好的服务意识,工作认真负责,积极主动,能够承受较大工作压力Goodserviceconsciousness,prudentresponsibleandproactive,Reliability&flexibility7.普通话标准口语流利书写流畅,良好英语和广东话能力,有广东话能力优先考虑.FluencyandstandardinMandarin(Speaking,writingandreading),goodEnglishandCantoneseskills联系时,请记得是在“job669人才”看到的!
