职位描述: Position:AutoQualityManager Mainrole:Contributetoguaranteethequalityofdesignedandmanufacturedautomotiveproductsaccordingtoour“MadebyLEM”standard(ISOTS******andISO******).？ManageAutomotiveQualityteamandorganizeitswork,ensurerelevanttrainingandmanagementsystemisestablished,implemented,maintainedandupdated,andreporttotheorganization’stopmanagement.？DevelopandcoordinateimplementationofQualityManagement:actionplans,correctiveactions,supplierqualitymanagement,customercomplaints,standardwork,procedures,processauditsandcontrols.？Responsibleformanagingchangecontrolandproductionvalidation.？Generatescorecardsandreportsforallaspectsofquality(KPI’s).？Conductadvancedstatisticalanalysisandprocesscapabilities.？Managecustomerinteractionsasitrelatestoproductorservicequality,carryoutexpertiseonreturnedproduct(Audit,customerreturn,InitialSamplepresentation,PPAP).？ActivememberinContinuousImprovementdeployment.？Workcloselywithsourcingteamtodevelopthesupplierdevelopmentstrategyandimprovetheperformanceofmaterialsupply,follow-uponthesupplieractionplans.？Contributetorespectcustomers’commitmentsintermsofquantity,qualityandschedule.？Beinvolvedinmanyinternationalprojects(mainlywithSwitzerland). Experience:？Atleast7yearsofexperienceinQuality;？Atleast3years’experienceinmanagementposition;？Ideallyinautomotivebusinesssector;？Multiculturalunderstanding(Japan,EU,US,China). SkillandKnowledge:？FullknowledgeforQualitySystems(ISO9001,ISOTS16949,ISO14001);？PracticeofProblemSolvingtools(8D,Ishikawa,5Why,6Sigma,Shainin,);？Goodcustomerrelationexperience;？HigheducationlevelinElectronicsandgoodunderstandingofmechanicalissues.？FluentEnglishbothinspeakingandwriting.？GoodatMicrosoftofficesoftware,goodskillsinExcel Education？Universitygraduatedwithmajorinmechanics,electronicsorquality？Organized,Independentandrigorous？Cantakeinitiatives？Goodcommunication,Fastresponse？Technicalcompetencyunquestioned？Workswithpriorities,results-driven
