职位描述: 职责描述 1.在AM(客户经理)指导下,负责CRM项目实施工作的执行和协调;如根据客户需求协助制定CRM活动策划方案,CRM系统需求分析,项目时间表、报价单,参与讨论方案,提出建设性意见等 2.试用期过后,可独立完成小型项目执行工作;准确理解客户需求,独立分析需求并撰写需求文档或整理成其它团队利于理解的brief材料,与技术或设计团队沟通需求,并评估工作量,安排项目执行时间表并预估项目费用制定报价单;管理整个项目执行过程顺利上线,并制作活动后续的数据分析报告,如周报、月报;并跟进项目回款等工作 3.与第三方供应商公司进行项目协调及沟通 4.与客户保持良好的日常沟通,主动及时反馈项目进展 5.收集并整理客户及其竞争对手的基本行业信息 职位要求 1.诚信、敬业,杰出的团队合作与服务他人的精神 2.大学本科或以上学历,理工科、商科或市场营销,计算机科学相关专业优先考虑 3.优秀应届毕业生或1-2年市场营销行业工作经验 4.拥有良好的文章撰写(有文采)、沟通与协作能力 5.出色的学习能力,可以短时间内适应新事物 6.具备快速执行与抗压能力,极强的时间观念和责任感 7.中英文语言能力上佳,优秀的书面和口头表达能力,商业敏锐感 8.具备一定的MicrosoftOffice使用技巧 WerequireseveralAccountExecutivestoworkonsomeoftheworldsbiggestbrandsacrossavariedportfolioofblue-chipclients.Thinkaboutit...thewinningcandidatewilldevelopleadingedgeintegratedcommunicationsacrossinteractive,databasemarketing,CRM,andofflinemarketingeventsforsomeoftheworld’smostfamousbrands. ThesuccessfulcandidatemusthaveembracedadigitallifestyleaswellashavingapassionforandstronginterestindigitalmarketingandCRM.Interestsinautomotiveindustryandpassionaboutcarswouldbeadvantageous.He/shemustalsohaveexceptionalwritten&verbalcommunicationsskills,naturalbusinessacumenandanexcellentworkingknowledgeoftheMicrosoftOfficesuite.
