职位描述: PrimaryResponsibilities:Workcloselywithlicensors&TLCglobal/regionalteamstodevelop,communicateandoverseetheexecutionofretailandvisualmerchandisingprogramsbylicensingpartners. Supportlicenseesinthelaunchofnewstoresandtherepositioningofexistingstoresincludingbeingonsitetoensurepropersetupandbrandpresentationpriortolaunchofkeyinitiativessuchasflagshipstoreopenings. Ensurelicenseesunderstandtheglobalbrandvisionandinitiatives,andguidelinesandreinforceprogramgoalsandobjectivessothattheyarebeingexecutedconsistentlythroughoutthemarket,bothinstoreandtradeshows. DevelopprogramstoensureLicenseesareproperlytrainingstaffonthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofretailandvisualmerchandisingasitrelatestobrandDNAandretailguidelines. Ensureexcellenceinexecutionofwindows,signageandPOSandconsistencywithbrandguidelinesandstandards. Ensurelicenseesareexecutingimpactfulmerchandisedisplaysforinteriorwalls/fixtures,promotionaldisplaysandwindowsinaccordancewithbrandguidelines. Ensurethatthetraffickingoftheretail/visualmerchandisingmaterialsfromallpartnersaresubmittedforapprovalinatimelymannerandallmilestonesarebeingmet. Developcommunicationpackagestoshare“BestPractices”tofieldtoensureconsistentexecution,asappropriateforthemarkets. Conductstorevisits(fullauditor“spotcheck”basis)toensurethatvisualstrategiesareconsistentandalignedwithbrandintegrityandretailguidelines,timelines,andbusinessobjectives.CreateprocessforensuringQCwheninstorevisitsarenotavailable(photos,etc.). Workcross-functionallywithkeystakeholderssuchaslicensor,licensee,globalbrandandproductdevelopmentteams,aswellasthirdparties(designagencies,fixtures&fittingsshops,etc.)toensureconsistent,high-quality,presentationandimplementationofbrandequity. Resolveprogram-levelorstorespecificchallengesthatrequireadaptationstoGlobalandNorthAmericadirectionbasedandbusinesstrends,andaccountforSeasonal/Localstrategiesandcollectionsasprovidedbythelocallicensees. Developbench/qualifiedteam,overtime. Accountableformeetingyearlytravelbudget.
