职位描述:    KeyRolesandResponsibilities     SEOUpstreamCustomerService(UCS)TruckManagerisresponsibleformanagingtheChinaJVTruckpartnerandtheGlobalLeadVehicleEngineeringActivity(LVEA)todevelopChinaTruck’sServiceStrategy,includingServiceabilityandReparabilityusingtheGlobalProductDevelopmentSystem(GPDS).TheUCSTruckManagerworksduringtheplanning,virtualandphysicaldesignphasestooptimizetruck’sdesignbyreducing:down-timemaintenance;customeroperatingcosts;andrepaircosts.  Tasksinclude:·Managetheday-to-dayandworkingrelationshipbetweentheChinaJVTruckpartnerandFordSEO.IncludingdirectdailyinteractionwithChiefProgramEngineerandFCSDDirector.  ·ResponsibleforleadingSEOteamindevelopinganddeliveringtheHeavyTruckServiceStrategyandSEOdeliverablesofboththeChinaJVbrandedandFordbrandedtrucks.  ·WorkingwithProgramteamsandProductDevelopmentduringthedesignphaseoftruck’sdevelopmenttoensureanoptimized,serviceabletruckdesign.  ·UsingGPDS(GlobalProductDevelopmentSystem),ensureallprogramdeliverablesareassessedinIntegratormonthly(TrackingsystemalignedtoGPDSdeliverables).Assessmentsperformedmonthlybydeliverableowners.R/Y/Gassessmentwithrolluptodeliverablechampion.Evidenceloadedandretainedwhencompleted.  ·Createandmaintainthestatusofthetruckprogramsserviceabilitymetrics(PanelOnechart).Metricstoinclude:ScheduledMaintenance;Non-Scheduledrepairs;Maintenanceintervals;Highimpactserviceactions/majorserviceconcerns.  ·Setserviceabilitytargets(includingServiceIntervals),fromLessonsLearnt/competitorbenchmarking.SettargetstomeetCostofOwnershipandPALS(ProductAttributeLeadershipStrategy).  ·Verifyserviceabilityandpotentialdamageabilityoftruck’sdesignthroughthevirtualphaseoftheprogram,utilizingCAD/DPA-4checks.UtilizingC3Ptools(TCE/E2KS)  ·Verifyserviceabilityofthetruck’sdesignthroughthephysicalphaseoftheprogram,utilizingM-1prototypevehiclestoverifyunderbodysystems,VPprototypevehiclestoverifycompletetruckandPPvehiclestoverifyfinalcompletetruck.  ·RaiseandtrackServiceabilityandReparabilityissuesintheAIMdatabase(AutomatedissuesManagement),whichisusedforissuesraisedduringthedesignandverificationphasesoftruck’sdevelopment.Issuesaretrackedforclosurewithevidenceloaded.  ·Inputtoprogram’sEngineeringSignoffReport(ESR)atandoutliningService’sstatus.  ·ManagenegotiationsonFinancialstosupportSpecialServiceToolsandPartsRacks&BinsfortheHeavyTruckProgram.  Qualifications:  ·Bachelordegreeabove·5to8yearsofrelatedworkingexperience·OEHeavyTruckServiceOperationsexperiencepreferred·TruckRepair,DealerServiceOperations,PartsdistributionOperationsandHeavyTruckFleetOperationsorServiceSupportexperiencewanted
