职位描述: MAJORAREASOFACCOUNTABILITY 1.DirectAccountsWorkstopromoteandsellthecompany’sproductsbysellingtodirectaccounts.ResponsiblefordevelopingandsecuringnewOEMaccounts.-Withinputfromthesalesmanagerdeterminewhichaccountsaretheappropriateaccountstobeconsidereddirectaccountsandworkwiththelocalrepresentativestoensureaconsensus.-PromotetheMTSproductofferingwithinthedirectaccount.-WorkwiththeaccountandMTSmanagementtoensurethatthecorrectlevelofsupportisgiventothecustomerandthattheproductpriceisthebestpricethatMTScangetatthiscustomerconsideringthecompetitiveenvironment.-Attainadetailedunderstandingofthecustomer’sprofile.Thisincludesanunderstandingofthecustomer’sproductsmarketsbusinessconditionsandpersonnel.Thesalesengineershouldunderstandthevariousplayers(i.e.coach,decision-maker,enemygatekeeper,etc.andgeneralorganizationchart).-Assessthetechnicalandproductrequirementsofthecustomer,makeproductrecommendationsassesstheneedforfactoryinvolvementandassuretheappropriatelevelofsupport.2.DistributionNetworkResponsibleforthedevelopmentofdistributionnetworkinassignedterritory.-Establishesdistributionnetworkineachgeographicareaandmarketsegment-Definesplans,strategiesandtargetsforthedistributorsinhisregioninordertoconsolidateexistingbusinessanddevelopnewbusinessinthemarketsegments-Developssalesprogramsandprovidestechnicaltrainingtothedistributorsincooperationwiththeapplicationengineer-Holdstheregularsalescallswiththedistributorsandsetupanopencommunicationwiththedistributors3.TerritoryManagementWorkstomanagetheassignedterritoryinaprofessionalway-Approachtheterritoryinanorganizedway.-Plantripssuchthatefficientuseofthetraveltimeandtraveldollarisachieved.-Appropriateattentionispaidtothevariouscustomers.Thatisaplanisinplacewhichoutlinestheimportanceofeachmajorcustomer/distributorandthecallfrequencyassociatedwitheach.-Astrategyissetforeachmajorcustomer/distributorandisclearlycommunicatedtomanagement.-Targetaccountsareidentifiedandstrategiesareinplacetocapturetheseaccounts.Thesestrategiesarecommunicatedtomanagement.4.SalesForecastsandGoalsPlaysapartinformingthecompany’sforecastsandgoals.-Workwithmanagementtoproduceaccurateandreasonablesalesforecastsforeachcomingyear.-Developstrategiesthatareconsistentwiththecorporatedirectionandthatwillensurethesuccessfulachievementofthesalesforecast.-Workdiligentlytoreachthegoalsbypersonalinvolvementandbyrallyingthecorrectsupport(technicalandmanagement)fromtheplanttoachievethegoals.5.SalesMeetingsParticipateinsalesmeetingandothermeetingstoimproveandpromotethesalesteam.-Participateinbuildingthesalesteamspirit.-Worktoimprovethetechnicalandsalesskillsofthesalesteamthroughtrainingofthesalesteam.Thistakestwoforms:firstlearningandsecondteachingothers.-Participateinthestrategicplanningforthecompany.-Helptosolvedepartmentalandcompanyproblems.-Participateintheproductplanningofthecompany.i.e.Whereistheoldproductgoing?Whatshouldthenewproductsbe?-Continuallyupgradestechnicalandsellingskillsthroughformaltraining,seminarsandpersonalstudy.6.ExpenseBudgetSupportsmanagementbycreatingareasonablebudgetandthenlivingwithinthatbudget.-Workswiththesalesmangertodevelopaworkingbudgetforassignedterritoryandsubmitthatbudgettomanagementforapproval.-Workswithinthesalesbudgetapprovedbymanagement.7.PersonalGrowthContinuouspersonalgrowthisanimportantingredientinawell-roundedsalesindividual.-ToensurehighqualitycustomerapplicationsupporttheSalesEngineerdevelopsandmaintainsworkingknowledgeofMTSSensorsDivisiontechnologyandproductstheirapplicationandlimitations.8.StrategicPlanningParticipatesintheplanningprocessandsupportsthestrategicplanofthecompany.-Activelyparticipateinthestrategicplanningprocessbyattendingtheplanningmeetingsandcontributingtothevariousdiscussions.-Investigateonacontinuousbasis,thevariouselementsofthestrategicplansuchascompetitionmarketmovements,competitivepricinglevels,newtechnologiesandotherexternalfactorsastheymayrelatetoassignedterritory.-Supporttheplanbyimplementingitsprincipalswithintheassignedterritory.9.Knowsandappliesthedivision’squalitypolicyandproceduresofISO9001asitrelatestoareaofresponsibilityandtheorganization.Followsallstandard-operatingproceduresasprescribedandnotifiesappropriatepersonnelofanynon-conformance.10.Participationtocompanymeetings,Exhibitionandtravellingabroadoccasionally(forexampleforseminars–workshop,trainingetc)iscompulsory.QUALIFICATIONS:-DegreeinElectricalorMechanicalEngineeringorequivalentqualification-5yearssalesexperienceinindustrialcontrolsystems,sensorsorinstrumentation-Salesexperienceinrelativeindustrialmarketishighlypreferred-Awideworkingknowledgeofindustrialcontrolengineering,industrialsensorapplicationsandindustrialautomationofadvantage-GoodoralandwrittenEnglishskills-MS-OfficeskillsandknowledgeofCRMREQUIREMENTS:-Willingnesstotravelofgreatimportance-Abilitytoworkindependentlyshowingahighlevelofinitiative-Skilledinnegotiations-Highlycustomerorientated-Abilitytoworkinateam联系时,请记得是在“job669人才”看到的!
