职位描述:   任务职责：   -协助制定及检讨有关行所业务运作及销售的合规性管理之工作流程及指引，以确保合规性 -执行条例监控制度以监督分行业务运作及销售的合规性事宜，以确保其符合內地相关法规及行方制度 -撰写检讨报告，并向管理层提出相关优化建议 -就合规性事务与相关部门/內地分行联络及协议，并需掌握內地有关銀行业务的趋时法律及法规 -协助支行行长，建立与维护与当地监管机构关系  条件：   -大学本科毕业或以上学历 -五年以上相关工作经验 -对人民银行、银监、外管及税务条例有深彻认识 -具良好的沟通、人际和分析技巧 -中英文程度良好，熟悉办公室电脑软件应用  JobResponsibilities:  -Assistinreviewinganddevelopingtheprocedures/manualforoperationandsalestoensurepropercontrolareinplaceforcompliancepurposes -Conductcompliancereviewtoensureallbusinessoperationsareincompliancewithlocallaws/regulationsandGroupcompliancepolicy -Preparecompliancereviewreportstoidentifyareasofconcernandmakerecommendationsforimprovement -Coordinatewithrelateddepartmentsandbranchesoncomplianceissuesandprovidelatestinformationonchangesofgovernmentrulesandregulations -AssistantSub-branchManagertoestablishandmaintaincloserelationshipwithlocalregulatory   Requirements:  -Bachelorsdegreeorabove -Minimumof5yearsrelevantworkingexperience -SoundknowledgeoftheregulationsofPBOC,CBRC,SAFEandtaxation -Goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills -ProficiencyinbothEnglishandChinese,familiaritywithofficesoftwareapplications
