职位描述: Summary Thesourcingrepresentativeroleisassistthesupplychainsupervisorinhandlingtheday-to-dayenquiriesfromtheinternal(withintheMegachemGroup)andtheexternal(consistingofbothlocalandoverseas)customersefficiently.Theroleisreliedupontoprovidesupplychainsupportincludingsourcing/purchasing/logistics.  Roles&Responsibilities Sourcingbasedontheenquiryfromoversea&local,andgetquotation.Assistingettingquotationsfromoverseasuppliersforlocalsalesteam.Coordinatewithvendors,shipping,purchasingandsalesfunctionaswellaswithintheGroup’sentitiestoensureon-timedeliveryofordersPerformdataentryandupdateintheSAPsystemAssistinpreparationofshippingdocuments.Follow-upwithshippingvendors,customersandlocalteamondeliverystatus/scheduleHandlethecomplaintAssessthesupplierArrangesampletrialSupplierdocumentsverifyPreparecorrespondencesandfunctionalreportsColletingmarketinformationPreparing,photocopying,filingandscanningofdocumentsPerformotherad-hocprojectsordutiesasandwhennecessary  职位概述： 本职位主要职责在于协助供应链主管做好本地采购、及进出口物流、操作等工作 工作内容：1.开发供应商2.收集样品，文件，询价、议价3.与MEGACHEM集团各分公司之间沟通、协调出货安排4.在SAP系统维护、更新数据，及时更新供应商资质文件，做好技术咨询5.下采购订单，跟踪物流6.处理客户投诉7.说及市场信息，定期价格更新及对外报价8.工作汇报9.完成上司领导交代的其他项目及必要的工作   要求： 大学本科毕业，贸易、化工背景优先能够用英文熟练交流有乐观，主动精神有团队合作精神熟悉SAP有采购、供应商开发经验有化学品操作经验有复杂沟通协调能力能独立处理事情善于观察与学习
