职位描述:  Keyresponsibility:  1.Contributetothedecisionmakingprocessinassessingsuppliercapabilities.Thisinvolvesreferencesitevisitsandsupplierinterviews. 2.EnsuringallmechanicalaspectsofaprojectorsourcinganddesignactivitiesarecarriedoutinamannerthatcomplieswithOH&SrequirementsofbothSwisslogandthecustomerwithintheconstraintsofanygivendeadline. 3.Ensureallsupplierdeliverablesarecapturedinaformalrequirementsspecification/functionaldescription,meetgivendeadlines,fitsforcriteriaandpurposesanddoesnotinterferewiththebuildingdesign 4.Prepareprocurementrequestdocumentationandobtainproposalsfromsubsuppliers 5.Contributingtoformalriskassessmentsfortheprojectfromintegrationperspectiveandfollowingtherecommendationsmadeinthisriskassessmentatalltimesthroughouttheproject 6.Monitoringsupplierrecoursesallocatedtospecificareasofprojects 7.Monitoringandfacilitatinginformationflowbetweenvarioussubsuppliers 8.Participatewithprojectmanagersinformalmeetingsrequiredtomaintaincontrolofprojects 9.Contributiontodebriefwhereusefulinformationfromprojectsiscapturedanddistributedtoappropriatepeoplewithinandoutsidethecompany  KeyRequirements: ·Degree/Diplomaholderinmechanical,materials,equipmentorequivalent ·Minimum3yearsexperienceinengineeringfieldofmachining,mechanical,orsimilarfield,preferablyexperienceinprojectrelatedtoindustrial/processequipment ·GoodatAutoCADorSolidworksandbeabletodesignnewmachinesand/ortooling ·Abletoworkwithhighindependence,abletoworkunderpressureandtightschedule ·Verygoodanalyticalskills,communicationandpresentationskills,bothwrittenandoral ·Mature,selfdrivenandproactive ·Ateamplayerwithstrongcustomerfocus ·Workingexperienceinautomatedmaterialhandlingsystemisanaddedadvantagebutnotessential ·ProficiencyinEnglish(oral&written)andMandarin(oral)isamust ·ComputerliteratewithgoodknowledgeinusingMicrosoftOffice ·Willingtotravelbothdomesticallyandoverseasatshortnotice
