职位描述: Responsibility:职责  Siteconstructionmanagement项目施工管理1.Coordinatewiththeclient,DesignInstitute,GeneralContractor,subcontractorsandsoon协调项目参与各方的工作，如业主，设计院，总包及分包等2.Supervisetheprojectprogress,qualityandcostcontrolespeciallyonelectricalworks监督项目有关电气方面的进程，质量及成本控制3.Problemfoundandsolveinpromptandproper适时正确地发现问题，解决问题  Pre-requisites:要求  1.Mechanicalengineeringeducationbackground,BachelororMaster暖通工程专业，学士或硕士2.Minimal3years’workingexperienceinconstructionmechanicalfield,internationalproject’sbackgroundispreferred3年以上建筑暖通工程的工作经验，曾参与过国际性工程项目（工业自动化厂房）者优先3.Goodatcommunication良好的沟通能力4.FluentChinese,goodEnglishknowledgebothinoralandwritten，basicGermany流利的中文，英语说写能力佳，德语5.SoundknowledgeinMSoffice,MSProject,AutoCADandPPT熟悉办公软件，CAD绘图软件及PPT6.Diligent,independentworkingabilityandcreativity具独立工作能力，勤奋并有创新意识7.Relevantqualificationcertificatesinrelatedprinciplesareappreciatedbutnotrequired(RegisteredConsultingEngineer)持相关专业资格证书者尤佳，但不是必须（注册咨询工程师）
