职位描述: Positiontitle:ProjectManagerProjectManager(AirConditioner)JOBAREA:SECTOR:GlobalSourcingOrganizationPRODUCTLINE:AirConditioningObjective:AkeymemberoftheElectroluxAsiaPurchasingTeam,whomwillreporttotheDirectorforAsiaPacificWatercaresourcing.TheroleoftheProjectManageristotakeaprojectleadingwhichhasbeenidentifiedbymarketingorGlobalProductCouncils,forWatercaresourcedbyElectroluxfromtheAsiaPacificregion.Anadditionalfunctionrequiredistoimplementpurchasingstrategywhichhasbeendevelopedbysourcingdirector.Heneedstoworkwithsuppliertoprovidesmoothsupplychainmanagementandminimizeinventorylevel,tosupporttheGlobalSalesMarketsandProductLineorganizationstoensuretheprocurementofcost-effectiveandqualityproducts,andtheirefficientintroductionintothemarket-place. Responsibilities:?DrivetheimplementationofGroupPurchasingstrategiesforWatercarepurchasingwithintheAsiaPacificregion;?ToperiodicallyreviewandevaluatetheneworcurrentProductLinestoensurecompliancewiththedevelopingneedsoftheSalesMarketsandProductLineorganizations;?MaintainNewProjectdevelopmenttrackerandworkwithsupplierondetailnewproductprogress.?Continuetheidentification&evaluationofpotentialalternativesupplierswithintheAsiaPacificregion;?Toconductnegotiationswithsuppliers&workwithcommoditymanagertoimplementcommercialcontractsasrequiredbyGlobalPurchasing;?ToregularlyassessexistingsupplierstoimprovethetotalcostofWatercare,activelyliaisingwithGroupPurchasingfunctions;?ToparticipateinMakeVersusBuyprojects,inordertoassessthecostefficiencyofinternallymanufacturedproductversusthecosttopurchasefromexternalsuppliers;?Toensureregularassessmentsofsuppliers'quality,supplychainreliabilityandfinancialcapabilitiesarecarriedout.Whilstalsotakingaproactiveapproachtodrivingsupplierimprovementinitiatives,particularlyregardingSupplyChainandtotalQuality;?ToactivelyparticipateinWatercareproductdevelopmentprojects;?ToensureconsistentcomplianceofPurchasingproceduresforWatercarewithestablishedGroupPurchasingprocedures; Reportingto:SourcingDirectorNeededcompetencies:?Strongcharacterwithgoodinterpersonalskillstoworkinamultinationalandcrossfunctionalteam,andbecapableofdrivingchange;?TechnicalorBusinessUniversityDegree,preferablywithadditionalqualificationsinprofessionalpurchasingormanufacturingoperation;?6~8yearsofpurchasingexperienceorsupplychainmanagement,withstrongunderstandingofpurchasingprocesses;Capabilitytodealwithtopmanagement,internallyandexternally;?Strongcommunicationskills,inordertoassumeahighlyvisibleinterfacerolevis-à-visinternalandexternalbusinesspartners;?Strongnegotiationandpersuasionskills;Outstandingteamplayingskills;?Capabletohandleacthotprojectidentifybymarketingorpurchasingcouncil.?In-depthinternationalbusinessexperience,preferablyinPurchasing;?KnowledgeofSupplyChain,manufacturingoperationandQualitysystems,withtheabilitytosupportandeffectchangewithinthosefields,anasset;?Apersonwhohastheabilitytoeffectchange,withabiasforactionandthefortitudetochallengethestatusquowitharesults-orientedsenseofurgency;?Strongorganizationalskills,whichensurethatideasareconvertedintodeliverableprojectsandtasks,withinagreedtimeandbudgetparameters;?Energetic,creative,mature,flexible;Heshouldbewillingtostationinmanufacturingenvironment.?ChineseandEnglishlanguageskillsareamust;otherChineselanguagesareaplus.Languages:Otherlanguages:StrongwrittenandspokenEnglishandChineseMandarinorCantonese
