职位描述:  JobDiscriptions:  1Monitorsbothimport/domesticinboundperformanceintermsofqualityandleadtimeincludingcustomsbrokerage,CIQclearance,domesticpickup,etc. 2Workingcloselywithproductteamtoperformshipmentrelease/defectivereturn/buybackactivitiesforphysicalandsystemoperationforwholesale&retailbusiness. 3Responsibleforsupplierspaymentrequestcheckingandensureallamountaccuracy. 4Coordinatewithsalesteam,productteamandfranchiseetoensuretheallocatedgoodsareshippedouttimely,controlthemonthlysalestargetareinlinewithtarget. 5Participatesinon-goingimplementationofcostcontrol/logisticexpenseanalysisandoperationalproceduresinordertoincreaseservicelevels. 6Responsibleforperiodicphysicalinventorytakingwithdistributioncanterandstores,reconcilingandreportthemtomanagement,andmakenecessaryadjustments. 7Workwith3PLserviceproviderstosupervise&streamlinethedeliveriesofmerchandiserstoourretailstoresonaregularbasisoraccordingtoourrequirements. 8Supportmanagementteamtoprovidelogisticdata,performancereportorotherrequirement. 9Superviseoutsourced/consignmentwarehouseserviceandmonitorinventoryinwarehousetobesafeandaccuratewithsystem.  Qualifications:  1.Atleast3yearsworkingexperienceofshipping/logisticsoperationsinretailindustry.Apparelindustryworkingexperienceispreferred. 2.TeamworkwithgoodcommunicationskillwithbothinternalandexternalpartiesinlocallanguageaswellasinEnglish,bothwrittenandverbal. 3.Familiarwithretailbusinessinlogistic,distributionsandwarehousemanagement. 4.Self-motivatedandgoodinnumberandlogicallytalented,willingtotravel.
