职位描述:   OverallObjective/Purposeoftherole:  -Responsiblefortotalcostmanagementofprojectsdeliveringpositiveoutcomesforourclients,demonstratingleadershipandcoachingtootherCostManagersandAssistantCostManagers,andinnovationofserviceandknowledge.负责项目成本管理全过程，为客户提供积极成果，辅导其他成本经理和助理成本经理，在服务和知识有所创新。     KeyResponsibilities/Accountabilities:  -ProvidesupporttotheSeniorCostManagers/ServiceLeaders,andlead/assistindeliveringmediumsizedprojects,andprofessionalassignmentsthroughclearstrategyandproactivecommitment.为高级成本造价经理、业务领导提供支持，并通过清晰的策略和积极的承诺，领导或协助中等规模的项目和专业的任务  -TomentorandsupportTraineesandGraduatesintheirprofessionaldevelopmentatDTZ.辅导和支持毕业生和新手在DTZ的职业发展  -CapableoftakingaQSassignmentfromconceptionthroughtocompletionwithlimitedsupervision.在有限的监督下，从初期到后期完成一个成本管理的任务  -Delivertheagreedscopeofworksinordertomeetclient’sdemandinacompetitiveenvironment.完成本职工作，以在竞争的环境中达到客户的要求  -WorkcollaborativelywithotherCostManagerstomanagerelatedissuesonthemulti-disciplinaryprojectsandwithstakeholdersonrequirements.与其他成本经理协同工作，管理多专业项目的相关问题，根据需要联络利益相关者  KeyOutput:  -Deliverthebestpossibleoutcomesfrominvestmentandexpenditure,totheexpectedstandardswhilstmaintainingbusinesscontinuityandcustomersatisfactionthatrespondstothebusinessneed.从投资和成本费用角度，向客户提供专业水准的服务；根据业务需要，保持业务连续性和客户满意度  RelevantExperience:  -3~5yearsrelevantworkexperience,gainedfromconsultancyfirmpreferred.3~5年相关工作经验，有咨询公司经验者优先考虑 -FluentinEnglishreadingandwritten,goodoralEnglishishighlypreferred.英语读写熟练，口语优秀者优先考虑 -ProficientinPCapplication.计算机技能熟练   RelevantQualifications/Membership:  -RecognisedDegreeinQuantitySurveyingorrelateddisciplinewhichiseligibleforHKIS/RICS工料测量/造价/国际工程管理专业本科或相关学科学历且具备获得HKIS/RICS的资格 -ProbationerofHKISorRICSorequivalent英国皇家特许测量师学会、香港测量师学会见习生或同等资历
