职位描述:     JobPurpose:    TopartnertheAsiaPaccommercialteaminoptimizingprofitability.     Responsibilities:    TVC(TotalVariablecost)ownership/partnership  -The“Go-To”personinPacific  -ToownthePacificTVCprocess,partnerglobalTVCteam/scmandmanufacturingfinanceteamstoensurereasonableaccuracyinthepublishofactualandbudgetedTVCrates.  -ToprovideanalysesandkeydriversaroundTVCcostfluctuations  -TofacilitateandhandleTVCqueriesfromPacificcommercialteamandtoworkwithpacificcommercialfinanceteaminenhancementforTVCsystemsgoingforward  -PartnerglobalTVCteamonsystemchange/enhancements/improvementstocurrentprocesses     ProfitabilityManagement  -Toprovidesupportinthedevelopmentandimplementationofsegmentprofitabilityreportsandanyothernewreports/metricswhichwillsupportprofitabilityandmarginanalysesforthenewbusinessorganization.Drivesustainablereviewandworkprocessesforbusinessperformancereviews. -TracktheactualbasecostsandheadcountperformanceofAPACcommercialteam   -Takeleadinfinancialdataplanning/forecastingprocess      ExternalRawmaterial  -MonitorthekeyexternalrawmaterialpricetrendforPacificandtopartnerprocurementteaminpriceforecastandtakeleadinprovidingtimelyinformationtocommercialfinanceteamofanysignificantpricechanges.KeeptrackofexternalrawmaterialpriceforecastingaccuracyandtoshareobservationsontimelybasiswiththePacificbuyers   -Toownthemonthlykeyrawmaterialpriceuploadprocesstoglobalzeussourcingdatabase      WorkingCapital  -ToownDaysSalesTurnover(DSO)forAPACandtoprovidevisibilitytocommercialfinanceonregionalactualperformanceandtoworkwithcommercialfinanceteaminallforecastingandbudgetingcycles      Education&Training    -Degree    Experience    -Preferred3-4yearsinFP&Arole,preferablyinapacificrole -PreferredCPA    Competency    -Goodexcelandpowerpointskills -Meticulousandsharpanalyticalskills -Clearcommunicator -Selfstarter/motivator  -Awarenessandsensitivetodifferentculturesacrosstheglobe
