职位描述: GENERALMISSIONThemerchandiserisresponsiblefortheordersfollow-upofaproductlineunderconstantcontrolandassistanceofProductManagerandwithclosecooperationwiththebuyer.TheMerchandiserisinchargeof:-Ensurethefollow-upofordersandmanagethewholedocumentsrelatedtoensurethedeliveryontime.-Coordinateandcommunicatewithothersdepartments,suppliersandcustomers DIRECTMANAGER:ProductManager  FUNCTIONS FOLLOW-UPOFORDERSThemerchandiserensuresthefollow-upofordersandmanagestheproductfromthereceptionoftheorderinALOtothedeliveryinthewarehouseofthecustomers.Beforeproduction-Checkandvalidateorders.-AskProformainvoicefromsuppliers.-Validatethesamplewiththebuyer-Validatethepackagingwiththebuyer.-MonitorthesampleapprovalprocessandtheQualityprocess(TCFforBazardepartment)andcontrolsupplierstofinishTCF-Followtheresultsoffinalinspection.-UpdateILO(Space)Duringproduction-Followtheorderduringtheproductionprocessandmonitortheorderprocessingschedule.-Insureshipmentapprovaltosuppliersafterfinalinspection.-Anticipateandsolveproblemsduringorderprocess.Reportstocustomersthedifferentissuesontimeandkeepbuyerandproductmanagerinformed.-Canvisitsuppliersifnecessarywiththeagreementofhisproductmanager.Aftershipment-Communicatewithlogisticteam,forwardersandcustomerstoguarantythedeliveryoforders.-ValidatetheTTandLCBOAinAlo,checkthepenaltyandmakeaproposal Themerchandisermanagesthewholedocumentationrelatedtoorderfollow-up-Collectallthedocumentsforcustomclearanceandsendthemtotheforwarderandcustomer.-Ensurethatsupplierssentthedocumentation.-Managetheissuesrelatedtodocumentationwithsupplierandforwarder. Themerchandiserisinchargeofsupplierevaluation(scorecard)concerningqualityaspectsitem,delivery. COMMUNICATION-Ensurethatsupplierssentthedocumentation.-Coordinatesuppliersandcustomersduringallissuesrelatedtosampleprocessandorderfollow-up.-Coordinateinspectioncompanyorlaboratoryconcerningqualityissues.-Coordinatelogisticcompanyforshipmentissues.-Workwithhisteamandsupportdepartmentswithteamspiritandserviceorientedmindtoachievecommongoals-Communicateconstantlyandtimelywiththebuyerandtheproductmanager. AlltheactivitiesshouldbeonthebasisofAuchanethicrules. REQUIREMENTSFORTHEPOSITIONKnowledge:KnowledgeofinternationaltradeKnowledgeofcomputertoolsFluentEnglishbothinspoken&written
